By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms. They add to, and do not replace, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), which governs your licence to use the App and is available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. If the two conflict, Apple’s EULA prevails on the licence itself; these Terms apply to everything else, in particular the service and the subscription.

The App helps people working in film and TV production to read, create and consult call sheets on their phone. It can read a document you load using an AI service, show your times, send local alerts, record your working hours, and export PDFs.
The reading feature uses artificial intelligence. It can misread, miss or mix up information: times, names, scenes, phone numbers, transport, breaks.
The original document always prevails. Always check anything that matters, especially call times, pick-ups and addresses, against the original. The App is a convenience, not an official source, and we are not responsible for missed calls, delays or other consequences of relying on information the App displayed incorrectly. You can correct any reading inside the App.
The work log is a personal record. The overtime shown is an estimate calculated as the time you worked after the scheduled wrap on the call sheet. It is not payroll, a legal calculation, or advice on what you are owed: your actual entitlements depend on your contract, the applicable collective agreement and the law. Check your figures before you rely on them or send them to a production.
Free use. You can try the App at no charge with up to three automatic readings and three work log exports per month. Everything else in the App is available without a subscription.
The Set Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. At the time of writing it includes up to 30 automatic readings per billing period and unlimited work log exports. The price and any introductory offer are shown in the App and on the App Store, in your local currency, before you buy. An introductory offer applies once per Apple ID.
How the subscription works.
We may change what is included in the free and paid plans, or their prices. Changes to the price of a subscription you already have are subject to Apple’s rules, including your consent where required.
You keep all rights to the documents you load and the data you create. You give us the limited permission needed to process your content solely to provide the features you use, including sending a document to our AI provider to read it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for what you load. Make sure you are entitled to use the documents, particularly where they are confidential or covered by an agreement with the production, and where they contain other people’s personal data.
Do not: reverse engineer the App or try to extract its keys or code; try to bypass its limits; use it in a way that is unlawful, or that harms the service or other people; or load content you have no right to use.
The App depends on services run by others, including Apple and our AI provider. We do not guarantee that the App or the reading feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and we may change or discontinue features.
The App, including its design, text and code, belongs to us or our licensors. These Terms give you no ownership of it.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of earnings, work or opportunities, arising from its use. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, or affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it; cancel any subscription separately as described in section 5. We may suspend access to the service if you seriously breach these Terms.
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change is significant we will let you know in the App. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept it.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. Otherwise the courts of Rome, Italy, have jurisdiction.
